Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition as it was received.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the product was damaged upon arrival or there was a manufacturing defect.
  • If your item arrived damaged, please include photos of both the product and the packaging when contacting us.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
